Lease Terms
Lease Options: All lease terms from 3-15 months are offered, but subject to availability. Pricing can vary based on move-in date & lease term.
To hold an apartment, we require one (1) check for holding deposit of $100 and complete application for each of the resident (over 18) and the second check for the non- refundable application fee (s).
Application fees are non-refundable and the holding deposit is refundable within 48 hours from the time you place the hold. We only accept payments in the form of cashiers check or money order.
Application fee: $35.00 per Applicant 18 years of age or older
Holding Deposit: $100.00 to hold the apartment.
Security Deposit: $500.00
Pet Deposit: $750.00 (1 pet) $1000.00 (2 pets)
Pet Rent: $50.00 per pet (dogs and cats)

Pet Policy
There is a maximum of two pets per apartment not to exceed 60 pounds each. Copies of most current vaccinations and photo of the pets will be needed prior to move-in. $750 deposit (1 pet), $1000.00 (2 pets). Pet Rent $50.00 per pet (Dogs & Cats). Copies of most current vaccinations and photo of the pets will be needed before move-in.
